J.U. KEVIL FOUNDATION
COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT
Building independence. Strengthening community. Changing lives.
As part of our mission, we support our Participants in building the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and become active members of our community. From exploring job openings to creating resumes and preparing for interviews, we’re here every step of the way.
Our Supported Employment Program is designed for Participants who may benefit from a little extra guidance. We provide ongoing support, including on-the-job coaching when needed, to build confidence and independence in a new role.
Our employment services go beyond simply finding a job. We focus on helping each Participant pursue meaningful, personal career goals. Together, we develop a customized plan that strengthens skills and highlights individual strengths. With the right support, Participants can navigate challenges and discover new ways to succeed. We also partner with local employers to identify—or even create—positions that align with each Participant’s goals and abilities.
